I read it yesterday on The Independent after you guys told me. That is absolutely awful. Sometimes to use such words in advertisements is necessary. The British Government were obviously not thinking when they made that rule

I respect your viewpoint. This is what I said to other people who thought the same and I'll say it again, It's probably because the whole of the opening ceremony was about British history. When I was watching it, I immediately knew that a lot of non Brits would think that the ceremony is not good simply because they wont understand it. I'll be honest, even as a Brit I had difficulty understanding some parts. Perhaps you understood it yet still never liked it, However the only reason I can think why people disliked it may have been due to lack of understanding or the lack of fireworks/display things.

They spent like a half hour "partying and experiencing social media"

I CANT BELIEVE THE RESULTS OF THE GYMNASTICS! JAPAN'S GUY FELL OFF AND JAPAN WERE IN FOURTH PLACE. TEAM GB GOT SILVER AND UKRAINE GOT BRONZE, BUT THEN JAPAN APPEALED AND THE DECISION GOT OVERTURNED. WHICH MEANS JAPAN GOT SILVER AND TEAM GB WENT DOWN TO BRONZE AND UKRAINE LOST THEIR MEDAL. I AM FUMING! IT IS SO NOT FAIR!!!!!!!!!!! JAPAN ARESORE LOSERS!

USAIN BOLT IS A LEGEND! HE'S THE ONLY NON TEAM GB PLAYER I SUPPORT- HE JUST WON GOLD THAT WAS AMAZING TO WATCH!!! AND HE DONE THE LIGHTING BOLT- AMAZING!

In other news, Team GB now have 16 gold medals! Super Saturday was brilliant for us Brits- 6 gold medals in one day- Mo Farah, Jessica Ennis, Greg Rutherford and all the others! Amazing. Team GB are now in 3rd place in the Olympic Tables (a big shoot up from 17th place).

They deduct points when you fall/slip. Also, remember when I had that rant about the Japanese gymnastics team when they stole Team GB's silver medal, basically the Japanese guy slipped/fell like McKayla and thats why the Japanese initially lost points and never got the medal- until he started moaning like a soar looser and launched an appeal and then the decision was overturned. Unfair if you ask me. :@

It happens. The pressures on and with the world and cameras watching, it's worse. Medal tables for GB, US and China are looking amazing right now.

The US is kicking some butt. The girl who won the 100m hurdles is from my city!
